Multi-page form for data to be stored in sql database. First page view: list with radio button; Second page view: table with (10x8) editable text box form; Third page view: confirmation page of all entries selected and inputted data (both page 1 & 2). Once confirmed, insert in sql database, them show number of records created. Page navigation should be seamless, back n forth, option to edit previous data if required. All this application should be behind login page. Please create suitable sql schema and tables, and project should be in MVC structure in struts. Radio list is to be fetched from database.
