I need a site that will serve as an educational resource and blog for a particular class of health care providers in the US. The site will have paid educational offerings in different formats. The site will have a free blog that requires registration to post. The site will need to allow students to take an educational course and receive an automated course certificate using information gathered from the link itself and a student form. The site will need to be able to gather information about students and the course they took and place it in a administrator database (need to have a “current” database that can be printed/pdf that is “cleared” after printing but also a “permanent” database for each course that is compiled over time for record keeping).
