Connect web site with coupons to stores cashier system

We send to our visitors e-mails with coupons for use in the stores s where they want to shop. Our visitors shall be able to clip the coupons. It means that after our visitors click on coupon, our web site will sent their telephone number and coupon code to cashier system of the store. When our visitors will shop in the store, they can tell to cashier their phone number and cashier system will automatically charge them discount prices for coupons which they clipped.
Please do not pay attention to information we entered to section about minimum and maximum budget. The project is more expensive but these sections of Freelancer are poorly design to use them properly for posting of our project but we must to fill them.
