Convert AI file to JPG BMP PDF

I have an AI file which contains several logo's. I require one of the logo's converted to JPG BMP PDF and AI. The logo is going to be blown up to fit on a flag (minimum 90cm x 60cm - 3'x2'). Therefore, the image must remain clear at this size (ie. no blurry lines). File must remain below 18MB.
Attached is the AI file that has a number of logo's in it. The image I want is shown in the JPG attachment.
