Design a Bar/Restaurant Postcard

I am looking for someone who has creativity and and expertise in designing a bar/loung/restaurant postcard. If your design standout and impressive, this will be a long term relationship, but you have to impress. I've a ttached a few sample I found on the web (these are just the quality of the design). See the attachement.
The first project will be a simple one, but nevertheless, it should make an impact.
Here is the first project:
--The postcard should be 8x6 when it's printed.
--The top page should have a title "Signature Coctail."
-- This a "Signature Cocktail" list, so it would be like a restaurant menu.
-- List the following cocktail:
DNV Cosmopolitan -- This modern classic is making a comeback -- we thought we’d
upgrade it.
DNV Mule -- We can make you the Moscow Mule, but if you want to try something
different, try our DNV Mule. Mule not included.
DNV Dirty Mojito – You can have a Mojito anywhere, here, we make it dirty.
DNV Old Fashion – We assure you, there’s nothing old about this cocktail.
VIP Martini – WARNING! Perfectly delicious, refreshingly smooth and so addictive.
DNV Greyhound – The classic cocktail reinvented.
Colada Cocktail – Smooth and mellow with the sweet flavor of pineapple, vanilla and
coconut.
-- Somewhere in the page, preparably on the top righ, add/design the the following information:
* Join us for Social Hour Mon - Fri. Featuring $5 Martini, House Wine and Draugh.
-- In the bottom page add/design the following text:
* Book our roof-top bar or one of our two 1,000sf event space for your special occasion, private event or corporate funtion.
