We would like a makeover for our web design.
We would like a site that has a video playing in the background like: [url removed, login to view]
We like the hudl site because of its simplicity. We can supply video clips for the background video play.
We sell chemicals and food ingredients. You can simply scrape our products of our current website or we can give it to you in a excel format.
We would like it to be a responsive web design that can be used via tablets, laptops and maybe iPhones.
It will also have a back-end in the future, where customers can go register for an account and pay for the chemicals they purchase, so customer database.
Need these forms added:
-Customer Application Form (once a customer fills this form out, it gets sent to our customer service)
-Credit Application Form (same with this)
-Product Request Form, Emails (we need a form that would automatically gather the visitors contact info and products and save it under "new leads"... we would like to track our leads
-Document Download (customers who purchase items will need 1-2 pdf files to download, each product has them, we would need to make this really easy and automated. )
-Sample order form. (we would need a form to be filled out and it will be sent to our customer service)
-Catalog/Brochure download
