Creative Illustrator wanted to produce a number of images - repost

We want to work with a creative illustrator who can work in the style of the image attached.
The brief:
Work with us to create a "family" of about 15 images to fit a specific story line (to be supplied) but also that can then be adapted for future story lines. (One a month for the next six months)
I am attaching a file that shows an outline of the kind of characterisation detail that we are looking for, together with a file that shows the colour detail. We would expect the final product to be coloured and detailed appropriately. The characters themselves need to be more "corporate" in appearance, but still maintaining the difference in approach.
PLEASE ONLY SEND EXAMPLES THAT MATCH THIS BRIEF. DO NOT SEND COMPLETE PORTFOLIOS THAT HAVE NO RELEVANCE TO THIS PROJECT.
The images must be of sufficient detail to be able to demonstrate expression and motion.
The images are all about business related topics so any examples you provide should reflect people in business dress or office environments
The images must be quick to draw, so that we can create lots of different styles/actions/dress types for each image easily and quickly
All work must be completed in Illustrator or similiar layered vector software package and output files as both illustrator and standard SVG with a clear outline layer. The reason for this is that we will be importing them into a whiteboard application (Videoscribe) which requires a clear outline layer. If you are at all unsure about this send a sample so that we can confirm if it is acceptable.
Please send us sample styles that you feel fit the example we have provided. We won't respond unless you show examples of a precise portfolio as described above
We will pay up to $20 per image for the right quality. The project is for 15 illustrations, but please also provide a quote per image in case we decide that we would like more images as part of the project.
