Photo needed to be drawn in a graphic novel/Marvel style

I need three illustrations/drawings of "[url removed, login to view]" You will draw the person from the collar up (the collar is just above the middle gold button, starts with the red thread/seam, and should include on it the eagle, globe, and anchor which is "[url removed, login to view]" attached to the project). Please include the hat (the white hat should include the eagle, globe, and anchor as well) You SHOULD NOT draw the background.
The attached photo should be drawn in the following three formats:
1. Sketched, as true to life as possible
2. Inked in black and white in the graphic novel/DC/Marvel Comic Book style
3. The B&W image of #2 above with the addition of color
The above drawings should be hand drawn and should look as much like the person in the photo as possible.
The winning bidder will draw the three images and submit them to me in the digital format of .jpg or .png and by email.
You WILL NOT be considered for the project unless you submit the following with your bid (the following two requirements can be submitted in a PM to me):
1. Links to samples of your images (on a website) that are in the style of the three images above. If I cannot easily find the three styles on the link(s) submitted, I will not consider you for the project.
I will have to be able to see a real photo of one of your sketch samples, a real photo of one of your B&W samples, and a real photo of one of your color sample so that I will know how you will draw my image (Your samples do not have to be my attached file/image). Again, please make it obvious where these four images/drawings are through the links or I cannot consider your bid (In other words, do not submit links to a page with hundreds of drawings and where I have to click through pages of images until I find what I need to see).
2. How long it will take you to draw each of the three projects above.
This is a test run to see the differences in the three images and to see what we might prefer out of the three styles of drawings. We, most likely, will want more work done, maybe a lot of illustrative work, after we choose the drawing we like.
