Android Kiosk Application

we require an android application running on 1 specific 10" tablet, brief description as follows:

1) must "autoload" on bootup, access to normal OS/tablet functionality blocked ... think kiosk type application

2) all data/content requested from a REST service

3) maximum 4 UIs (splash/home screen, authentication screen, thank you screen)

4) splash/home screen would be showing static html content (url provided from REST service) and at the same time listen for an external input.

5) FB authentication, like and checkin integration

more details upon bid acceptance, major requirements as listed above. this is a prototype, thus functionality is primary, UI design secondary.
