Design a logo and branding for my client - open to bidding

Hi there,
My client does prosthetic dentistry, and we need a new logo designed. But they want something minimal and stylized, NOT literal (so no toothbrushes or teeth in the logo, just a nice shape, or just typography only).
The only problem is that I need this done ASAP. I would like to show him 5-7 unique concepts to choose from friday morning. (he then can make up to 2 rounds of changes but those are not asap).
Once the logo is finalized and finished, I would also like for you to create a simple brand style guide, with hex swatches of his colors, and typography treatment.
