Convert an existing android app to iOS (to be compatible with iOS7/iOS8)

We have an existing Android application that lists jobs from a job search database. The app has two simple functions, it lists jobs (which it reads from the job database API) and allows people to search those jobs. There is very little in the way of interactivity as its primary purpose is to provide the associated website with an accompanying app.
All the design has been done, and the Android version is currently available in the Play Store (although we are currently working on a small update and bug fix) Work would start once this app is updated and we receive the APK files etc.
What we need is this app converted to iOS so we can submit it in the Apple App store. We need someone who can use PhoneGap or something similar to convert.
We have the android APK and all files used to make the Android version available.
Milestone, App needs to be approved by app store.
The look and functionality of the app can be seen in the attached images.
Work would start only after our current Android app is updated (within the next 7 days) so that we can receive the updated files for the conversion
Its not important whether the app is developed using Phonegap or native, whichever works.
All Graphics will be provided in the appropriate format, and will be updated by our staff (dimensions, formats etc) where required. API and all Android files will be provided.
