The project will consist of building out a mobile prototype that has 8 layouts, and just illustrates the workflow for UX purposes. It'll require the use of 5 libraries, one to crop an image, one to add a filter, one to create an autocomplete, amazon's product search, and stripe's checkout.
Since all of these are a simple plug and play APIs or libraries, (I have 9 years senior developer experience and will simply be doing QnA) the project should be done pretty quickly, and I'll even provide a UI kit and direction to get the app done quicker. It's something I anticipate taking no more than 15-20 hours total.
Just to clarify I'll be providing the libraries to do both the filters and the auto complete, amazon's product search is mostly just an AJAX call to a formatted URL so it's pretty standard. The only custom javascript work that'll need to be done is simply adding tags to the pictures like bullet points, and having a simple autocomplete field that as the user types it first selects by brand, then by product which is sourced from amazon's return.

I would be doing this project in meteor js which is helps in quick prototyping. Also i can create a non native android and iOS app for the same prototype along with a webapp if given a little extra time.
