We need a website built that obvioulsly works on desktop, but we also, of course, need it to be at its best on mobile across platforms and browsers. Which is why we have requested mobile, but not at the exclusion of a site that looks good on tablets and desktop, too. We will need it linked to e-commerce via PayPal and credit card debit. So we need someone with those skills. The website will also need a database for capturing customer information for re-targetting. We will also need SEO services to get properly registered with major search engines and to be well referenced for organic search. We can provide the GUI for you to follow and program. We do need someone who has some design skills as well as programming skills. But primarily, we need someone who can get this done technically very well without any future issues for payment or data-capture.
