Mobile Game for Kids

I need an experienced developer who's proven their success as a developer of a few mobile games that you can share links to. This is for a Mobile Web App for Kids. Ideally I need both coding and testing. Though please note that I only have a very modest budget. I have a rough Game Design Document (GDD) and some sketches, but need help putting it all together and getting it successfully submitted to the iTunes store and Google Play. It should be a quality app that's relatively light-weight in terms of storage space it takes up and time to load, and extremely user friendly. There will probably be a lot of back and forth as I provide edits and content over time. I would like it to be finished within a 6-month period, or bonus if you can finish before school starts in September. I prefer to chart out the project in milestones that we'll define together.
