Decode XML and post data to SQL

We are receiving EDI data as XML via Websphere MQ.
There are 2 incoming messages. We need to decode these and send an acknowledgement XML message.
Then we need to code up an outgoing message. Which we will send as XML and receive a response.
I need somebody to write some code as functions so that I can pass the XML document as a parameter, and it will write the data to the database. I will supply database structure and show you what fields map to what.
Then I need a function that I can pass the parameters to and it'll return an XML document to be sent.
The incoming functions are :
* Movement Information
* Movement Instruction
The outgoing function is :
* Delivery Confirmation
I will supply example XML and details.
