AJAX / PHP / JQuery - Slot Machine

Need an AJAX/PHP/JQuery - Slot Machine were a visitor can only play the slot machine once a day.

In order for a visitor to play he/she need to sign up once by entering a valid email, first name, last name, city, state, and zip code (done through 'G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager' plugin). Then each time they visit the site they can click to Spin! The winner will get the advertise prize.

We would like to accomplish the following..

1. Build a AJAX / PHP / JQuery Slot Machine.

2. Using WordPress native MySql database and admin management through the WordPress dashboard.

3. Have the ability to backup /restore the database via WordPress so that the site can be portable.

4. Need admin interface accessible via WordPress dashboard to manage the winning odds, limiting one play per visitor per day, slot machine images, configuring the prize title, description, and image.

5. Use the ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ ([url removed, login to view]) plugin as the core email management mechanizing and registration to the slot machine.

6. Via ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ plugin we will collect the visitor name, visitor email, City, and State/Province.

7. Daily emails of today’s prize. Ability to HTML the email. (can be achieved through the ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ plugin)

8. Send emails of wining to the winner as well as to the entire email database. Ability to HTML the email.(can be achieved through the ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ plugin)

9. Have the option of opt-out from.. a. today prize notification b. winning notification (can be achieved through the ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ plugin)

10. Tell-a-friend.

11. General blog where signed registered users can post comments. (The registration is through the ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ plugin) So any visitors with verified through ‘G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager’ plugin will be post comments.

12. Need to keep all plays in a database and have the ability to run reports by zip/state/name/email

13. When signing up there should be a check box that certifies that the visitor agrees to term and condition of the site and that the visitor is 18+ years of age.

14. When done the site will need to be replicated to another domain as well ([url removed, login to view]).

15. The AJAX script has to be closed off to a cross site scripting.
