I am looking for someone that has already provided a solution to the following.

I need a program that will auto refresh a website and then capture an appraisal order when it appears, click on a pop-up box affirming that the individual wants the appraisal order, and then finally starting the whole process over again.

Program must be very fast and be able to accept order faster than I can take them manually.
