I am looking for someone to make complete apps to be used in most platforms. This should be a simple project, so the price should be low for the job. The app should turn any phone into a wifi hotspot. The cellular company should not be able to tell this is going on. The cellular company should only think the phone is being used on the web, not any pc's or tablets so they do not charge for extra hotspot sevice. PM me for any questions. The job would not be comlete until the apps are fully functional on all platforms needed. The admin panel should be user freindly and have everything. The apps should be completely upgradable.
