Body map integrated with drupal

I want a body map image with switchable body for male or female, adult or child that can be integrated with IM so that one person can chat with someone else and point and mark a spot on the body image that will allow the other one to see this spot and discuss it.
It should work as a mouse over effect, preferably as the first link listed below or the 2nd link. The 2nd link has a nice feature of zooming in to the specific body part and allowing you to select a sympton which is what we are looking for as well but the result needs to be visible to the person that is on the chat and also stored as a sympton for the person describing it.
