Hello, I want to have a site similar to http://www.befunky.com.

The site should be able to :

- change a digital photo to a cartoon artwork;

- apply different effects;

Past experience on similar project(s) preferred. Bidders without past experience will be requested to give a detailed proposal on their technical know-how before awarding the project.

Price and payment terms are negotiable. For serious biders only.
