Designer & Wordpress Expert Employee Needed

I am in need of an experienced designer and wordpress expert. I need someone that can be available for 4-8 hours during est which is my time zone. Tasks would include routine maintenance, updating, backing sites up, posting content, updating designs, building websites from scratch, and assisting in general web related tasks that come up. Need someone that can work at least 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day. Most have proven track record and portfolio of past design work.
