Add image edit - cropping to web page

I have an existing web site where users upload their images to print onto canvas.
Please familiarise yourself with my web page [url removed, login to view] before making any bid and make sure you understand what it is I require.
I require a programmer in Ajax, Java or flash to create a visual cropping tool please see attachment for example of what I want, the tool will be able to do the following :
It needs to be integrated into my existing web page [url removed, login to view], please take a look at it , it will needs to appear at stage 4 of the photo to canvas option.
The web page works well as it is but the only preview of the uploaded image is currently a thumbnail view, I would now like to implement a tool during the order process where the user can edit the uploaded image.
The image example I have included is a rough example and I would expect the final tool to look better than this.
The tool will display the uploaded image
It will have a definable cropping area
The cropping area will have a white outline, The outer area will darken picture so its easy to see where the cropping area is.
The crop area is rotate able
Navigation
On the right of the page will be a choice of the frame Thickness available listed in database, depending on choice cropping area will have two outlines
For instance one option on my web page is a gallery wrap, this means the picture is wrapped around the side of the frame, the cropping area will need to show this ( frame area) as well as the main cropping area ( see example image)

On the right of the page will b a list of available sizes taken from the database
If a size is clicked the cropping area will fit that specific aspect ratio

Tool will have a lock aspect ratio so user can scale in and out keeping desired aspect size
Tool will have a preview function – clicking preview will display a thumbnail over to the right of the cropped selection
Tool will have a rotate selection
Tool will have an UNDO feature
Tool will have APPLY where image is shown after crop
Tool will have FINISH where the images is accepted and taken to next stage of the web site
Tool will save out the original image as well as the edited version
Chosen size will be highlighted on the right and displayed in the crop window
Check box for aspect lock will be visible in crop window , when checked it displays a small message saying that the crop area is scaleable by dragging.
Page needs to function as it already does and this tool needs to integrate seamlessly into existing code this includes showing edited thumbnail in the shopping cart.
WISH LIST
I would very much like to be able to apply live effects, such as black and white , pop art sepia etc….( as many as possible) to the uploaded image during the cropping function something like [url removed, login to view]
If this is something you can integrate as well please indicate this in your price and mention you are willing to do it.
