Build a skeleton website on WebFaction

This project will entail build a sample web site on the Webfaction server. An account with ssh access will be provided to deployment, or to do the development on. The worker can secure the site with their own password until payment is made. Escrow setup for that password will be discussed.
The site will need a log on page, and an account creation page which will use AJAX and JQuery. The page layouts will be defined before the project starts. The sample pages must use CSS with basic HTML. The base page HTML will be provided. There can not be any Flash on the pages. The basic models will be defined before the project starts and the project must be setup with South to allow for DB migration. The database will be PostgreSql.
Sample Pages will be provided under NDA, or after the bid is awarded.
