CPC / PPC Ad network script

I am looking to have a script for online ad network where advertisers can buy traffic and publishers can publish ads on their sites to get paid..

This would be similar to adsense though it is very big company however the basics would be same

The key features would include -

GEO targeting bidding for advertisers

Keywords targeting distribution of ads

Advanced report for admin, publisher and advertisers
