Create Buy Words Script - (links)

Create a script on the concept of: [url removed, login to view] The script allows others to buy words and link their URL to their word which can be purchased via paypal... I would like the overall look of the script to look more attractive and impressive then what it is now...IE: background, Random colored words, random word font sizes, I need to be able to setup words, pricing for words or letters, I would also like users to be able to submit their own words along with payment for words not seen...more likely I would charge per letter, so the script would determine how many letters are from the buyer, and calculate his payment, and the word would be placed on hold until payment is rec'd and the word has been approved, I need to be able to setup words as well... plus whatever other features the above site has. This script seems fairly easy, so if you could suggest other features that would improve on the script, please feel free let me know. Thank-You
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
