Data conversion from Oracle to MySQL

I have a Oracle dump that I'd like to convert to MySQL database. The Oracle dump is located at [url removed, login to view]~oracle/ (anyone of the listed dmp is OK). I need someone to load the dump into their own Oracle and then export it to a format that could be read by MySQL, then enter into the MySQL and then DUMP it back in a format for me to include it into MY own MySQL database. There are 2 option: 1) Do the conversion and give me just the MySQL dump file (as stated above). 2) Do a program to automate the process, this way I could be able to do this: Oracle dump ---> THIS PROGRAM/SCRIP ---> MySQL dump. Option 2 is prefered over 1 since I could reuse it, but 1 will do it.

Since the dump file is online (URL at the original post) you should be able to download it. Make the data conversion and then upload to result file (MySQL dump) and the program to do it. If you don't have bandwidth to download the dump file, please don't bid since I can't send it by regular mail. Thank you.
To bid for this you must answer YES to the following questions: 1- Can you download the whole DMP file? 2- Can you upload the resulting MySQL dump file using FTP? 3- Can you do a script to automate the process? 4- After you run that script, can you use the output generated by the script to populate an equivalente MySQL database?
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) The code (if you opt for second solution) **will be released under GPL.**
## Platform
I will prefer executables that run under Linux, but I will take Win32 exes if there is no other choice.
