Adding product url link to image and sku in a grouped product pro table in Magento

Need to have url link on image and sku in a table in grouped product that link to individual product url page so when customer click on the image or the sku, they can see product simple product page to have more info than what it's shown on the grouped product page. Already have Crius grouped product pro installed and working so just need to make those image and sku clickable with the url of product.
