I want to develop android app for job Seeker.

And now I want to develop a android mobile version of above application which provide basic functionality for the job seeker. I not have enough time to develop such android app so I want to hire freelancer.
Note:
The application that you are going to develop is communicating with symfony framework which play role as a server and application as a client, so this app should request for data to the symfony process that requested data and return result to the app for that you need to use web services like xml-rpc,json-rpc etc. All the data are stored in mysql database.
