CS-Cart / WordPress make some changes in the design and linking each other

We need following tasks done in our CS-Cart/WordPress page:
1- Overwork the header section (topnavigation - logo - slider), a mockup is existing it's a html/css work
2- Putin into the CS-Cart Navigation 2 links to wordpress articles (URL shouldn't be changed)
3- Integrate the WordPress into the CS-Cart so the URL, now the WordPress page is in a subdomain
4- Configure PayPal Payment monthly direct booking option
5- Optimize Payment if choosen fully annualy payment then give a discount
Skill requirements:
good knowledge of Wordpress, CS-Cart and PHP/mySQL

2- a testserver would be provide
3- The given and accepted time is the dateline if the candidate couldn't do the job in this time and don't inform me in-time the job would be cancel
4- i would be informed frequently about the progress
5- It's not allowed publishing this work in private portfolio or elsewhere and sharing this
6- All parts of programming should be commented and a little tutorial/documentation should be written afterwards
