Create pdf from texts placed in DB

I am looking for a talented web developer who masters pdf exports:

1/ you develop on your own platform

2/ I give you 6 texts (A, B, C, D, E, F), a title and a signature that you will record on your phpMySQL DB

3/ You create an export pdf routine, triggered by buttons in a html ou php page

4/ You create on this html or php page

- the button 1 for the title, text A, text E, text F and the signature

- the button 2 for the title, text B, text C, text F and the signature

- the button 3 for the title, text A, text D, text E, text F without the signature

- the button 4 for the title, text A, text B, text C, text D, text E, text F and the signature

4/ At least, this export will be like these created by wikipedia (check when you need to get a text in pdf on wikipedia with times typography)

5/ But I would prefer that your pdf exportation will have a layout in two colums as shown in the sample joined. (I will give you the sample if your profile is really good) >>> If your are able to do the point 5, A BONUS of $30 WILL BE GIVEN)

6/ The project must be done in 4 days from your acceptance.

7/ > Start with "PDF" in your bid.
