We are creating a business model to replace and compete in a market dominated by software written in foxpro. We are looking create a similar service via the cloud so that all computer platforms are supported. Such as windows, linux and mac osX 10.04 and up.
The project that is to be accomplished will be the following: A client uses our cloud based service to create printed forms that are to be created into pdf by filling out forms on our servers. This is the complex part. The server will take the data entered into the form (property data) and then process the information and verify the property information via the internet from the county where the property is located. (For example a property in Phoenix Arizona USA would have to contact the Maricopa County recorder's office and verify that data then return it to the server for input into the form to be printed.) This maybe a fantasy to have it do this and might have to have the county records input into the servers via text files or some such method. Don't know for sure yet.
The printout would then include all the leagaleze required to file a lien on the person/property. Sounds simple but it won't be. So who's game for this venture?
We have finished our api to get the data now we only need to get the api to work with joomla and integrate the api into the forms process and have joomla call the api when it has enough information. So a big hurdle has been eliminated.
