Copy Online Calculator to new graphic page

I have an online calculator located at <[url removed, login to view]>.

I need the calculation used to be transfer to a new graphic page and the new page coded.? I have added additional items to the menu that need to be accounted for in the calculation.

At the bottom of the page, when a user clicks calculate it gives them? a price.? If there is a character in the name email or phone box, an email is generated with all information and sent to us.

I also have a contact page that needs to be coded and generate an email.
