Custom joomla component

I need 2 custom joomla components to be developed from ground.

First is poems components:

- Main cat --> Subcat --> poems listed on page (20 on page + link for details -must have pagination) under every poem is author link (author is clickable and leads to Community builder user profile). Plus is option "Send poem to the friend" and comments.

- On top must have menu with (start, top rated, most visited, search, add poem)

- Admin must have option for adding poems, cats and subcats, approval.

- Must have option allow user to add poem with/without approval.

2nd is lyrics component
