Automatic Image Watermarking Script

We've got about 10,000 images in different sizes and colors. We need a script designed that will automatically place a watermarking in the bottom right corner of the image. It should display our domain name or small logo we create for it. We would like this done on our 10,000 on our current unwatermarked images, and the script put in place to automatically do it to all the new images that are saved to the site.

Here are examples of the sized images we will need this script to work for:

If you can only do the first part (watermarking current images) that is fine but please let us know in a PM. We prefer that you can do both but its okay if you cant. If the budget is too low let us know and we will talk about it. We are unsure of an appropriate budget for this project.
