Change PHP script to work across many servers

I need to create / modify the attached php script to:
1. Accept and process 1 Large Text file where emails are listed in each new line
2. Be controlled from a Master Linux server and be able to be used across a multitude of linux slave servers where the script runs and reports on the master server and utilizes the connections of a multitude of slave servers to increase the performance of the script.
