Create GUI in VB using market components

I am looking for someone that will be able to work during 3-4 hours immediately after closing the bid and help me create a GUI using VB COM from the market (menubars, toolbars, vertical bars, treeview and grids). Again, I am looking for someone willing to work immediately after closing this bid until the work is completed.
