We need to build a simple travel social site for travelers to find the best deal by communicating with different travel agents and finish up the transaction online.
It will need to be set up in a similar way like freelancer dot com. It needs to be a similar design in the flow and outlooking (something particularly clean and fresh).
There will be two types of accounts on this website: travelers and travel agents. People will need to log in (so security will be important), select and buy travel tickets, place feedback (much like freelancer dot com or similar). Traveler can send messages to agents through the website. Meanwhile, they can chat instantly with each other via the chat feature.
The software/hardware will need to be reliable - I will expect to be able to contact the winner with issues and it be quite seamless - you need to be a great coder.
There will be ongoing work if I think that you have done a good job and future projects will definitely come your way.
Please indicate the cost and term of creation auction website at once. The most important thing for me is to finish the basic features of the project in one month. If you can not do it in one month, do no waste your time.
