Build online store using existing Filemaker inventory database and connect it to existing Wordpress website

We are designing a Wordpress site for a client who wishes to integrate e-commerce to it by using their existing Filemaker inventory management system to populate an online web store.
Ideally, we would like to keep all pages of the site as one template on which we build the look and design we want, then a separate template for the e-commerce store that is connected through our template's navigation links.
Things that will drive our decision include: price, ease of use, flexibility, ability to customize (add fields, search tags,etc.), and SEO capabilities.
All things considered, we are looking for a developer:
1. To build the store and populate it with data from the Filemaker database, including product images.
2. To recommend best ways to integrate the two templates for smooth navigation between the ecommerce and non-ecommerce pages.
e. Provide us with scripts to manage and sync data on an on-going or daily base between FileMaker and the Wordpress site. (i.e. Product ID, name, description, price, photo and attributes)
3. Who is willing to interact and answer questions we have
To clarify, once the e-commerce site is built and you have populated the online store from the Filemaker database, we will take over from that point in adding all future inventory updates.
