Hello I am looking for a designer/developer who can help us built a comparison website for comparing and reviewing suppliers in Belgium.
The goal is provide site visitors the tools compare energy suppliers based on data currently available in excel. The tables are not yet fully transparent to translate into a database due to different options based on usage and region. I am confident that with a bit of help we can make this file ready for a Database for monthly loading of updated prices and suppliers.
Initially the site will only have the option to compare Gas and Electricity providers but must be expandable to other comparisons such as internet and mobile subscriptions The site needs to be designed and developed based on the following requirements:
