Accounting And Reporting System

Here is a very small but URGENT project for another church charity. It is only an Accounting / Finance recording system. It should have balance sheets, ledgers, printable receipts and reports(including graphs) 1)The system must be able to generate timed and user adhoc Reports, covering, pledge analysis, contribution summaries, end-of-year statements of account to members with their contribution totals and non member contributions. 2)Further,also, this must also be able to mail merges to MS Word and read data form MS Excel into its database directly as well as Export data from the database to MS Excel.

AND THAT IS ALL

Notes: -This system MUST be developed using vb6.o and MS Access. - Please The user interface design must be very good and user friendly. -I have created a mini database in order to give a bit more insight. -Please feel free to develop further on the database schema but ensure that the field names remain as they are.

This is a very urgent project, so only serious bidders plz.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
