Change to menu on wordpress blog

I have a blog which is managed in wordpress and I need a few tweaks to the layout.
Currently I have 75 "wordpress pages" which are shown as separate links in a sidebar menu. This is causing too many links on the page, so I need this amended so that these link are removed and the pages links on three pages i.e. links to 25 pages on each url. Then link to these from the sidebar. This will reduce the number of links on each page from 75 down to 3.
I also have an archive sidebar menu which gives links to the previous months articles. Because the blog has been running since 2008, there are too many links on this section also, so I would like the number of links reduced whilst still allowing the old pages to be accessible. I was thinking it could amended to just how 'year' which then links through to the archive pages.
All of these subpages should be made no-follow to prevent duplicate content problems in Google.
I have use All-in-one-seo but there is a newer version available so I woudl like this to be updated to the latest version.
