convert search box to responsive (html5)

I have a search box and a login widget that I would like to convert responsive. I'm using a responsive wordpress theme and when you check the domain search box and cpanel/webmail login box it is not responsive. I have added 4 images to show what I mean. "search [url removed, login to view]" and "search [url removed, login to view]" shows desktop version and "search [url removed, login to view]" and "search [url removed, login to view]" shows the mobile version. I want the mobile version to be responsive so it can be visible to the mobile user.
