Combining a color picture and B+W picture into one

I have two pictures of the same basic scene, one normal in B+W, and one intentional blurred in color. I want to combine the two into one pic. The concept is the B+W image is sharp, while the blurred color image kind of sits on top.

I'm not sure how it will come out ... kind of an experimental idea.
