Brochure Design (Large and Small Size) for Luxury Hotel

You would be designing two brochures:
1) Size a4 for mailings
2) Foldable size for quick distribution
These brochures are for a luxury villas hotel project and thus need to be designed keeping in mind the following points:
1) Design should be awe inspiring
2) Great detail to fonts and image properties
3) Structuring of language and content
## Deliverables
The logo, content, photos and color scheme (recommendation) would be given to you. The hotel website is online (being modified for content, design is ready). You would be informed about the same and be expected to design keeping the tone and theme in mind. You would need to revert within one day with suggested color scheme and modified content. Content provided would be very large and would need to be scaled down to include in the brochure. You can contact us for help regarding this.
The main element to be kept in mind is design. You would need to stress a lot on it.

Please accept this project only if:
1) You are highly experienced in graphic designing
2) Can work on deadlines and can revert efficiently
3) Are open to changes during the project
4) Have previously worked on certain such assignments
5) Can complete the foldable brochure design within 3-4 days and the a4 size design within 7-10 days of the bid.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO YOU MEETING ALL THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
IT IS ALSO MANDATORY TO ATTACH SAMPLES/PROVIDE WEB ADDRESSES OF PREVIOUS WORK RELEVANT TO THIS PROJECT (HOTEL BROCHURES, LOGOS ETC.). WITHOUT ANY SAMPLE WORK, PROJECT WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED AND YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The expected bid for this project should be in the region of 40-60$ but if you quote a higher price, we will definitely consider it provided you can justify it through your samples and previous works.
You are required to deliver the PSD/Corel Draw files, completed JPG files and a PDF of the document.
