Need a BlackBerry SIP based VoIP Dialer. Obviously full duplex is a must (which is a known challenge on Blackberry).

Core Features:

- Connection over UDP

- Standard Authentication using MD5 challenge

- Standard Codecs (Speex 8/16/32), ILBC, GSM, PCMU, PCMA

- Echo Cancellation

I'm open to using open source SIP Libraries if needed, but please give me a time/cost estimate using both open source and non open source SIP Libraries.
