Convert C# Windows Forms application to asp.net MVC 4

I have a moderately large C# Windows Forms application which handles accounting,stockbroking,portfolio management operations. It is currently built with vs 2008 windows form project with enterprise library used with stored procedures from sql server 2005 version.
I would now like this application to be converted to a MVC 4 of vs 2012 application while still keeping the data access style of the enterprise library access..
The application has a lot of functionality and this is basically a total rewrite.
