Commision Based PR Rep needed

This project is a commission based PR position - Your job will be to find me web clients who will sign a contract to work with me through RAC. Your commission will be based on the worth of the project completed, and the percentages we work out before hand.

My target clients:
My target clients is anything from an individual willing to pay $20 or more to a large business. I do web design, this means I create regular web pages, and web applications. The languages I know, and some sample work will be listed later in this bid posting. The clients MUST be willing to work when bound by a legal contract. If they are unfamiliar with this process, I request RAC to be used. It will be your job to assist the clients to make this contract with me, so that I am assured that I am paid for my time.
This position will be commission based, your pay will depend on the client you find for me [and the amount of money they spend with me] and the percentage we agree upon in this bid request.
Please read the following:
- This will be an ongoing project, but will accept either a one time client referral or multiples over time.
- Since you will be representing me, even only as a side person, you MUST be professional, be able to speak English proficiently, and be willing to tell me about your customer service skills in the past.
- Your status reports will include where you have been looking for potential clients, how many clients you have contacted, and the method of contact (email, phone, chat room, forums, in person, etc)

- Expert level PHP
- Expert level MySQL
- Expert level MsSQL
- Expert level Database administrator
- Expert level with web based languages such as HTML / Javascript / AJAX / CSS / XML
- Expert level security consultant (Looking for web vulnerabilities, and how to patch them)
If you find somebody who seems to be interested in web design, or a web application, and you are unsure if I am able to provide the service requested because it is not listed above, ASK me. Chances are I will know how to do it, the items listed above are my main focus.
Every customer who you refer to me and enters a contract and pays on said contract will result in you receiving a commission for the referral based on what we have agreed upon for RAC.
Do not try to underbid other bidders, I am fair. I am looking for business, not the cheapest person on RAC. Post the percentage you are actually willing to do the work for. If you do not refer me any business, it is a waste of both your, and my time.
