Create very simple android application

I need to create a very simple android application. it has to do this:
1) user gives two input values
2) They are then put in an equation of form output = 0.432*X + 0.23*Y + 0.345
3) Answer obtained is multiplied by a factor of like 4000 or 10000 choose by user.
4) It is then displayed as output
It is for scientific purpose, and my focus is easy to use interface. It should compatible to major android versions and devices.
