Ability to add sound, popup, email alerts to Excel spreadsheet.

I have created a number of spreadsheets that I want to add the ability to create alerts. Ideally this project will result in a spreadsheet that I can copy and paste as an additional sheet into my existing spreadsheets and then reference the cells in other sheets that should trigger the alerts.
I need to be able to monitor the values of multiple cells and then trigger an alert if a specified value is reached.
I am proficient at writing "if" statements so I can set the conditions if there is a template for how to trigger the alert.
The sheet should have the ability to specify the one of alert: 1) play sound 2) pop message box and display text a given cell, 3) send email and use text from one cell for the subject and another for the main text.
The key thing with this project is to please appreciate that there will be multiple alerts each capable of delivering different messages and being delivered by any of the 3 methods mentioned above.
I use Office 2013 for Windows.

Hi, I think a custom function added to an "IF Statement" in excel function will do. I will do the custome function for the alert then you will incorporate in your if statement as you are good to it.
