Add drawing functions to Order system

Windows Application in Visual Studio 2005;
This partly created order system on MS Access DB needs an additional interface that adds drawing/editing capabilities (lines, arrows, textboxes! , recangles) to 1 out of 8 predrawn images/graphics and this for each order detail.
+ Consider if this can be done using instance of existing (light weight) graphical editor;
+ Consider serialisation or other means to re-edit later on;
+ Needs output to printer and file (PDF) to email complete order to respective supplier(2)
Job needs to be done in VB in order to translate to my language.
Client knows exactly what he wants so excellent communication is a must!
